Because every batch is made to order rather than pulled from a shelf, timing matters more than it would with a pre-bottled mixer.
Minimum lead time
24 hours is the floor for any order. That is the time needed to make the batch fresh and get it into the delivery queue for your zone.
When to order earlier
- Weddings and large events (50+ guests): order 1 to 2 weeks ahead. Larger volumes need more prep time, and this locks in your delivery window before the calendar fills up.
- Weekend parties: order by Wednesday or Thursday for a Saturday event. Weekend delivery slots fill first.
- Custom or white-label requests: add extra lead time beyond the standard window, since packaging and labeling take longer than a standard order.
What happens with last-minute orders
Orders placed with less than 24 hours' notice are not guaranteed. If you're in a genuine bind, use the Event Delivery inquiry to check same-day or next-day availability, but plan ahead whenever the date is known in advance.
